We regret to inform you that Waterside Landing, located at 5600 Lakeside Drive, Margate, FL 33063, will be permanently closing. After thoughtful deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations, with the community officially closing no later than June 6th 2025 .

This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it will have on our residents, their families, and our dedicated team. The well-being of our residents and employees remain our top priority throughout this transition. We are working closely with state and local agencies to ensure a smooth process, and we are committed to assisting our residents in finding new living arrangements.
